Join us for this fun new way to get your body moving to the music. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. Those hips don’t lie!

Kundalini Yoga

Unwind with us in the studio and allow the stress of life to leave you body. Channel in on your feminine energy located in the bottom of your spine. We’ll experience chanting, singing, breathing and energy specific movement as well as poses.

Moonlight Yoga

Join us for a peaceful night to recenter yourself. This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.

Ecstatic Dance

Jump in and let loose. Allow your body to move freely without boundaries in a safe safe. Surrender your body to the rhythm and let yourself express emotion without judgment or pressure.
